All orders placed with Agnioil are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices may change without prior notice. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Ownership of goods transfers upon full payment.

Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt, with evidence. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects and require authorization. Disputes are governed by Bihar, India law, and Gaya courts.
